The elementary counseling help ticket is an online tool for students and parents to use in addressing concerns that only Mrs. Lovell will see. As always, this information will be kept confidential unless there is a threat of someone hurting themselves, a threat of hurting another person, or someone is currently being hurt. In those cases, the main priority is to keep everyone safe.  Help tickets will be addressed and handled in a timely manner.
