As we approach the end of the 2025-2026 school year, please remember that all student medical documentation—including medication orders, diet orders, and Action Plans—will expire and must be updated for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Parents must pick up all unused student medications from the nurse's office by the last day of school, as any items left more than 10 days into the summer will be safely disposed of. To ensure your child is ready for the fall, please schedule required medical appointments or renew immunization exemptions over the summer break. Completed forms and updated health documentation can be dropped off when the nurse's office reopens during the first week of August or on the first day of school.

High school students are asked to return all library books as soon as possible. If you are uncertain about which titles are still on your account, please stop by and check in with a library aide for assistance. Following your final semester tests, you must turn in your school-issued Chromebook and charger to the designated collection point. Before handing over your device, ensure all personal stickers and adhesive residue have been completely removed. Thank you for your prompt cooperation in helping our staff finalize the end-of-year inventory!

South Side Bee Branch Elementary is excited to offer a two-week Summer Educational Camp focused on reinforcing and extending literacy and math skills for students currently in Kindergarten through 5th grade. The program runs Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM during the weeks of June 1st–4th and June 8th–11th. We are pleased to provide both breakfast and lunch for attendees, and transportation services are available upon request. As the 2025-2026 school year winds down, we present the final regular issue of our parent newsletter.
